Use these answers to understand what Screens 702 sells, what you need to measure, how materials differ and what happens after you configure a replacement.
Do you repair or rescreen existing frames?
No. Screens 702 sells complete replacement window screens and patio screen doors built to the finished dimensions and options you provide.
What should I measure?
If you have an existing screen that fits correctly, measure the finished outside width and height of that screen. Do not assume the glass or visible opening dimension is the finished screen size.
What if my old screen is missing?
You can still order a replacement, but measuring the opening requires more care because frame profile, track, stops and retaining hardware affect the finished size. Use the measurement and frame guides before ordering.
Can I see the price before checkout?
Yes. The configurator calculates the product price from the finished dimensions, frame, mesh and configured options before checkout.
Why does screen material change the price?
Different mesh materials use different pricing rates and offer different airflow, openness, durability and solar-control characteristics.
Do you offer solar screens?
Yes. Current options include Solar 70, Solar 90, SunTex 80, SunTex 90 and VIMCO 20x30 in supported configurations.
Do you offer pet-resistant screen?
Yes. Pet-resistant mesh is available for supported window and patio-door configurations and is intended for higher-wear openings.
Do larger window screens need a crossbar?
The configurator recommends considering a crossbar when the larger finished dimension exceeds 47.5 inches to improve rigidity and reduce bowing.
What hardware can I specify on a window screen?
Current window-screen hardware choices include slide leaf springs, pull tabs, bale clips, tension springs and plungers, with side and quantity captured for fabrication.
What information is needed for a patio screen door?
Finished width and height, frame style and color, screen material and color, roller type, handle side and handle height measured from the bottom.
Who fabricates the screens?
Screens 702 coordinates professional fabrication through an experienced wholesale screen manufacturer. The finished product is built to the specifications submitted with the order.
Can I order more than one screen?
Yes. Add each unique configuration separately, or use quantity when multiple screens are exactly the same size and configuration.
Do you install or remove screens?
No. Screens 702 provides the finished custom product and local delivery only. Installation, removal and on-property measuring are not offered.
Do you offer customer pickup?
No. Screens 702 is built around local delivery of completed custom products to eligible ZIP codes.
Can a custom screen be returned if I measured incorrectly?
Custom products fabricated correctly to customer-submitted specifications generally cannot be returned simply because the submitted measurement or configuration was incorrect. Review the Returns & Remakes policy before ordering.
