Screens 702 terms
These terms apply to purchases made through Screens 702.
Custom products
Window screens and patio screen doors are custom-manufactured to the dimensions and configuration submitted with the order. Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements, frame profile, material, color, hardware, and other selections before payment.
Pricing, affiliate codes & tax
Displayed merchandise pricing is based on the configuration selected. Valid active affiliate codes may reduce the merchandise subtotal before tax. Affiliate codes can be changed, disabled, or withdrawn by Screens 702. Applicable sales tax is calculated during secure checkout based on the transaction and delivery information.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Screens 702 does not store complete card numbers. An order is considered paid only after payment is successfully confirmed by the payment processor.
Production & delivery
Paid orders move into production. Fabrication and delivery timing are estimates and can vary. Screens 702 provides local delivery of finished products to eligible addresses and does not provide on-site measuring, removal, repair, or installation.
Returns, remakes & cancellations
Custom goods have special return limitations. The current policy is available on the Returns, Remakes & Refunds page and is incorporated into these terms.
Order review
Screens 702 may contact a customer to clarify an order if submitted information appears inconsistent or incomplete. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot reasonably be fabricated or delivered as submitted.
