Returns, remakes & refunds
Every Screens 702 product is custom-made to the measurements and options submitted with the order. Please review measurements and configuration carefully before payment.
If Screens 702 or the manufacturer makes an error
If the delivered product does not match the measurements or configuration accepted with your order because of an order-entry or manufacturing error attributable to Screens 702 or its manufacturer, contact support@screens702.com. We will review the order and, when confirmed, arrange an appropriate remake or replacement at no additional product charge.
If the submitted measurements or selections were incorrect
Because products are fabricated specifically for each order, products made correctly to customer-submitted measurements and selections are generally not returnable or refundable simply because they do not fit the intended opening or the customer selected the wrong frame, mesh, color, hardware, or other option.
Damage or other issues
Please report visible damage, missing items, or other order problems as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and include your order information plus clear photographs when helpful. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.
Cancellations
Custom fabrication can begin soon after successful payment. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered production. Contact orders@screens702.com promptly if you need to request a change or cancellation.
If we are responsible for the problem, we intend to make the order right. If the product was made correctly to the submitted specifications, the custom nature of the product limits returns and refunds.
